Sorry ya'all I have No pictures!! I took like 3, and my camera was really struggling for some reason, the delay was sooo long it couldn't get a good picture, and was having trouble focusing. Maybe it was to dark, I wasn't sure how to adjust it, so I just put it away.
I'm glad I made it there, and finally got to take a picture with Jason without Holding a kid and a purse ect, Luckily Darlin had her camera, and I asked Rene if it was ok if Darlin took the picture for me because my camera was acting up, he said it was fine.
Then the South Texas Street Teamers got to take a group shot with Jason after the line had gone through. Which was a fun picture to take because we were all kinda squished together, and I was Standing next to Jason.
I got 2 Calendars, one for me and one for my younger Cousin in Stockton, And a hard copy pre- order of the CD I got signed(might give that as a gift to) I had him sign my Calendar on my Birthday, and totally forgot to have him Sign Paris' Birthday!! I also forgot this picture Paris has had forever of him that he keeps waiting to have signed, I keep forgetting it!!
Then I asked him to sign my cousins Calendar, but told him I couldn't remember her Birthday, I told him my mind was blanking, then he said He can sign it to her on the back pages, and then he stopped and looked up at me and was like "Wait, don't you at least know what month it is in?" I was like I'm a horrible cousin and am totally blanking out, I said she just had a Birthday so I think it is in October, but maybe it is the end of Sept? Then he asked me how to spell her name and I couldn't remember that either LOL, TTFN had to help me out. And then he asked me if I wanted to take a picture with him!! I was like of course I do, hahaha
Before I got out of line I quickly gave him a low Profile Congratulations, and pointed to my ring so he would know what I was referring to, and he was like ohhh yes thank you.
His performance ws good, I think he cut the set a few songs short though, the place were they had the stage had alot of distractions around, that I think were bothering him, Police Sirens on the Rock Climbing Apperatus are not a good thing to go off right by people that are singing.
Ohh I got one of those Rainbow Tank Tops to, and whoever was in front of me in line was having something signed for "Slutty" a Castrocopian, And Jason was like umm you want me to sign this to "Slutty"? That just sounds so mean!! They ended up having it signed to her real name I think, lol
I kinda just liked hearing him say the word "Slutty" hahahahaha

Hello to everyone at Katy Mills last night. What an amazing night! I enjoyed meeting all of you, and my encounter with Jason was the best ever. He has a fabulous handshake, and is a total sweetheart, although reserved. Did anyone see him with the precious little challenged boy? It warmed my heart to see him enteract with that little darling. He was totally engaged (no pun intended). Well, hope ya'll had as much fun as I did. Special thanks to all you camera goddesses! The photos and videos are echanting. Later!

Videos? What videos? Where?? ?? ?? There are some videos on Castrocopia. Ahh, the handshake, well...when I held out my hand to shake his, he immediately switched the pen to his other hand and took mine, as he smiled and looked up at me. His hand felt larger than mine, of course, it involved my fingers, not my whole hand, touching his palm. His grip was strong, but not too tight, and the perfect length of time, not a lingering handhold, but not quick, either. It was warm, skin was smooth, not rough or calloused, and we seemed to let go at about the same time, just as I finished my sentence...just PERFECT! What a gentleman! Then I proceeded to ask him to sign my calendar. Thanks for asking! I love reliving it.

Darlin usually posts pics a few days after events, but she will have to get them to Photobucket first correct? I think I still have some to post from the State Fair!! I need to e-mail the lady's and have them e-mailed to me if possible. I really need to learn to work my camera or I need to exhange it for a different one.
This was just a short little event, I look forward to when he comes back for a actual full concert, and for having a CD release party

I do hope I'll get the chance sometime in the future to do the same. Thanks again! You lucky ducky! hehe

I will quickly respond...."How could I possibly say "No" to Prince Jason, our #1 DreadHead!!!"...and then I'd give him a big hug! ;D

I forgot that I shook his hand too and it was just like aaam said. I was disappointed that he only sang 4 songs but the food court wasn't the best place with the rock wall siren going off several times during his set. One time he mentioned the police, then later he said something like "who're they looking for?" and finally it went off during Hallelujah and he made a face. I don't think he ever knew what that sound was. I didn't think the crowd was very animated either. I sang along, but to myself, cos it didn't seem like anyone else was. But he was cordial to the end--just like I knew he would be. He's got to be exhausted too. I think we're at the last chance to see him up close and personal.

I finally got my "squee" moment last night and this afternoon.
First I approached M and introduced myself and she already knew me, blew me away. The Tiffany ring is beautiful. Young Mr. Jason has really good taste in engagement rings.
Second was when I was taking pictures of whomever would let me and Jason. I think it was the picture with Perch. He asked her if Darlene was going to take the picture, too. Oh my hearing my name again got me all excited, but I dare not show it or tell anyone. I just grinned to myself and kept taking pictures.
Third was today when I was talking to John of FYE (??), who sponsored the concert. John heard that I was leaving and said I couldn't go until I took a picture of him and Jason. I had to do some convincing to let me go on ahead and take the picture because I thought my friends wanted to leave. John told Jason that he had asked me to take the picture and Jason told John that was good because Darlene takes good pictures. Oh my, ya'll. I'm crying right now just thinking about it. I have only spoken to Jason once after the AI concert (remember the 5million MySpace plays picture) and other than that its to thank him for letting me take another picture. I realize that Jason heard his father and my friends keep referring to me, but it still got to me to hear my name mentioned in the same subject as photography.
I was careful this time, no repeat Gap this time - Hallelujah!

I'm so glad I wasn't there I would of went off on somebody! *lol* -or- I would of started singing... depending on my mood I guess. Darlin - thanks for the video's and I like the pic, but...... really looking forward to the BIG upload ;D

If anyone dared to touch the siren again, I would have fought them off with my psychedelic colored cane! Of course, I realize I could have spent Sunday nite in the poky and never had my chance to meet Jason, but maybe I could get someone else to have him sign my booking photograph at the next concert!

Darlin, I loved your story! I can see why you were so thrilled! YAY!
But my question is: what was the GAP moment???

Yay For Darlin!!! I didn't know you were going to Dallas to? He said your name to me yesterday to when you took our picture!! Well actually that was Tuesday!! Speaking of my picture with Jason!!! I give you permission to upload it if you like, that goes for the Street Team picture that LorainefromTX has and "Clayluver" I'm getting handles mixed up.
HAHAHA Rosequeen I can sooo tell you are from Sac Town!! I really was about to unleash the Sacramento Ghetto girl in me on that Darn Siren, but I thought if his people didn't walk over and do anything about it, then they might get mad at me if I did. HAHAHA and you always post videos of music that alot of people here in Houston would not be real familiar with, which makes me always go, haha that's a Sacramento thang!!
I was also just thinking that I wonder if that Siren was when the Carosuel starts up? Like a little siren to alert people it was going to start turning, as a safety thing?
Darlin did they say the "Ring" came from Tiffany's?
Just 1 "The Gap moment" was when we all wanted Darlin to take our pics because it makes it easier and faster, and she likes to do it, and has a nice camera that she knows how to actually use it, and then she posts them for us or e-mails us ect, And she was taking pics in the Gap meet and greet line, And they told her she had to leave and stop taking pictures!elebenty-one
I really think they had gotten the wrong idea and maybe thought she was taking pictures for professional use? Or Press or something, not realizing she likes photography as a hobby and likes to use a nice camera, and all the people she was taking pictuers of she knows!!
I think they figured that out at the Katy Mills Mall, when we all new her by name and requested she take our picture.
