Knew all about it but couldn't make it. Got H1n1 in our house ! Aww, that's too bad. I hope whoever is sick feels better soon. My co-worker's husband is still trying to recover. It's his fifth day with it. Stinks to be sick.

There's some pictures of this concert that were just posted at JCM. There's one with Jackie singing on stage with Jason. I imagine they sang "You Can Always Come Home". Gosh, I love that song ...

Angels!! Hi!!! Sorry to here that the flu has hit your family. Hope everyone is better soon.
SameCage, I love that song, too. I hope it is released as a single. I think it would do very well, and it I think it would also be a good crossover song, as it has a bit of modern country vibe to it.

You are fast Elg. I have some photos and video but I won't be able to post till later.
It was great.
My oldest daughter came with us and she had never seen Jason before. She hears his music and all about him at home so it was fun that she was part of it.
When they went through the line to see him she said she was fine till she had to tell him how to spell our name and then she got nervous. lol
Betsy and Rene are so nice and kind. Rene was there taking pictures when someone came through the line solo and needed a picture taker. It was cute when Rene got caught up talking with someone and then Jason would be standing there with a fan waiting on a picture and holler out...."DAD!!"
My girls had gone through the long line and got a group picture and I rushed them out but one of them was disappointed because she wanted a picture with just him and her. So I told them to go and sit until the line dwindled down and then go through. But security cut off the line before they were in it. So, I went to Betsy and explained what happened and she told security to let the girls get in line.
I also met a lady aftewards who asked when Jason was going to perform. I told her he already had. She was sooooo disappointed. She had heard on the News that he was performing at 8pm. I felt so bad for her. But I knew where Jason was eating so I mentioned it to her so she could at least sneak a peek at him. I wouldn't have told her but she was in tears telling me how upset she was and that it's been a rough day and it was her birthday. I took pity. So, I watched her and her husband walk by the restaurant and take a peek.
Later the girls and I were walking around the mall shopping and it was getting late so we decided to go home since I still had an hour drive. We cut through Forever 21 and guess who we saw? Yep, Jason, Michael, and Michael's girlfriend. Jason was being followed by this little security guard, he was smaller than Jason. My daughter's joked about how we could take the security guard down. It was a great way to end the evening seeing Jason trying to do something normal like shop.
Angels, I was wondering where you were. Sorry you have sickness in the home. It was a good turn out.
I met a man who was in town for a business conference. He mentioned to his wife that Jason was going to perform at the mall across from his hotel. She begged him to go and get a good picture of him...LOL!!! I told him he was a good husband. He also bought her a calendar and got Jason to sign it.
I enjoyed the time and watching all the girls get all giggly and shaky when they got to see Jason and then afterward showing each other his signature or looking at their pictures.
I also enjoyed getting to see some Jason friends again. Street teaming was fun even though I got the least amount of name on the mailing list. :-)

Awesome recap sixtime! I look forward to your videos and photos! At 4:25 Jason came out smiling for soundcheck. He greeted us, strummed his guitar Tested the uke No sound problems whatsoever and it was all over in 5 minutes. Time to spread the news that Jason will be doing a show at 6:00 pm and sign people up for his mailing list...Meanwhile, about every 15 minutes Jason's video is playing in the Food Court.

About 6:00 pm we started counting, multiplying and estimating the crowd and came up with 300 people. The mall is in a congested part of the metroplex and people were getting off work and out of class so understandably we had many late arrivals. Note: we had people as far away as Oklahoma to drive down for this. Awesome! The crowd grew to 500-600 people according to mall management. Jason took the stage at 6:12 pm. That's What I'm Here For Love Uncompromised You Can Always Come Home --duet with Jackie SOTR Very engaging and talkative! Let's Just Fall in Love Again Hallelujah

Meet & Greet started at 6:45 This picture was taken after the line dwindled down. It was a mob scene at first. No way could we count people or take a decent picture of the line. At one point during the show Jason commented to a couple of college age girls in the audience that he like their t-shirts. They had designed shirts with Jason's face on the front. He asked that they tweet him a picture of it. Well they made their way down the line and Rene took several pictures! Jason had no way of knowing but these 2 girls were his latest additions to the North Texas Street Team.

Anyone know how long the meet and greet line lasted for? I'm sure Dallas was extra long and can't imagine how long Jason could last accommodating all those people!
