I agree with everything said above ^^^elebenty-one The Modesto show was great, what a crowd! Jason almost was overwhelmed from the response, like he couldn't believe people were making all that noise just for him. I think we were really, really lucky to get to see Jason, just him and his guitar...pretty amazing and just what I wanted. I, of course, drove like a wild woman from San Jose, 3 kids and hubby in the minivan (can't y'all just see it?) We got to the theater and my son saw the looooonnnnnggg line, going around the corner and just said "whoa!". And you know we were in the waayyy back! By the time we got up to the stage for our photo, Jason had taken his dreads down And I got to meet up with the dreadhead sisterhood briefly after the show - I wish I could have hung out longer and talked to each one of them. But I had to put the hubby and kids back in the car because it was a doggone school night. My kids are going to remember that their mother let them go see Jason on a school night And I FINALLY got a picture of Jason and my daughter! Last summer at the AI concert, I was bummed out for days because I wasn't able to get a photo of them together, so all-in-all, it was a great night!

(Sigh.) Finally got to see what I was reading about from work, then went back, put the view zoom on 200% and watched all the vids again. Felt like I was right there with you girls.
To everyone who contributed to this thread: ...and RQ, you have a mission to complete!

Someday we will meet each other. Could not make that trip to Modesto even if I could have because it will be too taxing for a 3 and a 4 year old. If they were older I could have.

Yep, you are right! I have no complaints about Monday night! Did you guys get to chat with him a wee bit more? Yeah, I talked everyone into staying til the bitter end ;D (after all it was 8:10!!! although it felt later, Jason can do that) I didn't but CrazyDo handed off some peanut M&Ms? I think to Jason. It was prompted by this: He wanted to get back inside "to get some more of those Hershey kisses!" And the door was locked! So CrazyDo got her entrance ;D We just watched it all happen. I'll post some pics sooner or later.
