I commented on one of the videos about whether it was cold there and the person who uploaded the video replied... was chilly for him... but for us in Spokane it was normal He said it was hard for him to play with cold fingers Poor Jason...

I think we need to replace the kissy bride and groom smiley... it doesn't fit most of the places we use the standard smiley... ... right?

Thanks for getting the videos. I agree, Jason always looks fresh and happy to sing. He give his all. I am guessing he must have been pretty cold.

I had a chance to go with a friend to the first weekend of the figure skating nationals, and I was so astounded (and felt so ignorant that I hadn't seen anything earlier) to find that he would be playing after a victory celebration in the river park square on Saturday evening. It was chilly (poor Jason's fingers!), but really not bad at all for Spokane (I don't live there, but a Spokanite told me they had five feet of snow this time last year). The crowd was fairly small and the concert somewhat brief; he sang songs from the EP, concluding with Hallelujah, and went inside for an autograph session. He looked and sounded AMAZING and I considered it a great preview to his upcoming show...nice and brisk in the night air! I have been waiting a long time to hear Hallelujah live and it was such a surprise to have that opportunity during Nationals. As for meeting Jason, we were still told no personal pictures w/ him even though it wasn't a huge turnout. I got a picture autographed, said a few congratulatory words, snapped a shot of him and that was that and I went away happy. I did have to miss Evan Lysacek's autograph session to be there...that event could have affected the numbers present for the pairs skater's ceremony and his concert. I was so star-struck...so much to take in all in one weekend! I met Scott Hamilton and Paul Wylie, got autographs from some of the competitors, got a hug from Johnny Weir at a reception -- yeah, I just about had a heart attack when I approached and he said "hug me" and held out his arms (he was sooo sweet with his fans), and I just enjoyed hour after hour of amazing skating and seeing the Olympic teams begin to take shape. I am a lifetime figure skating fan! I should also note that the people were very welcoming and helpful in Spokane and I really enjoyed my weekend visit.

Adam Lambert sings for skater Nick Laroche (way before Idol) Now that is the kind of music I like hearing from Adam. I love his melodic side.
