Is this the place where he says he was treated badly or was that Houston? I think it was Austin where he was treated badly

Is this the place where he says he was treated badly or was that Houston? He never made it to Houston. And, the Austin thing was definately a communication problem Jason's people had with the venue. The venue had their rules and wouldn't bend.

I am really hoping to go to this! Just need more information since I will be coming from out-of-town. I'm wondering if the entire party will be held at The Loft. I think Betsy said something on twitter about The Harbor in Rockwall and needing a count of 1000??

I read somewhere on one of the threads that Jason did not inform the venue who he may have there as guests until later and large number of his family came and had to wait inline outside with the other patrons. Jason came outside to wait for a while with his wife and her sister-- not sure if his mother had to wait.

I wonder why I didn't receive any type of e-mail update from Atlantic or JCM regarding this? I can go, BUT I will be in Dallas April 31st-May 2nd for a convention. Sooo I'm not sure if I plan to go or not? I DO however have family to stay with in Dallas, it's just a lot of traveling and driving for the month. I will be in Austin the prior week to film something with Paris. ACK HMMMMM

I looked at Southwest. It is one stop. Love field, I think it is closer than DFW.

Love Field is much easier to get in and out of. DFW - don't like that place, its huge. I have no clue where the venue is located, but with Love Field, there is a fairly direct shot to the Hilton Bella Harbor in Rockwall (where Betsy tweeted she would try to get a reduced rate).

I wish Texas wasn't so far away! I'd love to go if I was closer Problem solved - Arkansas, Oklahoma or Louisiana is closer to you, so you fly into there, rent a car, drive to Dallas and end up costing you more money/time than if you flew into Dallas directly. J4EMI, look into the Southwest Airlines flights from your area, you might be surprised what is out there. Also, I found a great deal on Travelocity when I went to San Diego. Come on, Amanda, live a little, save up and come on down. Or at least seriously think about it, ok? There will be plenty of people who can take care of you once you land.

I decided I can go today after looking at the airfares and noticed the rates went way down and I also had enough Amex awards points to cover most of it so I decided to go for it I really wanted to be part of this big celebration so very happy I can work it out to go. Now to figure out how to explain to my hubby that I'm taking off for another Jason event lol I think staying in Dallas area would be more convenient cause last time I went there for Garland show I remember Rockwall is almost an hour drive from Dallas and we all kept getting lost and had to do way too much driving to and from Rockwall, Garland and Dallas etc. I hear some are staying at Hotel Adolphus which is only 4 min from venue. I'll prob book there too. Glo

I'm for sure going!! Bought tickets today for me and my friend Donnalyn, plus one for Beckyvee since she's at work and doesn't have access to internet. Becky's ticket is going out in the mail to her tomorrow! Now we have to decide where we're going to stay for the night. Thinking about the Adolphus.
