OK I just went and requested 10 tickets to the studio audience and put a little something about us all meeting up. Also offered to bring Jason with us to perhaps sing a song. (I'll have to pull that one out after the fact somewhere haha) Here are the "rules"
Special Note on Security From the Audience Coordinator Please remember when guests visit our studio, we appreciate that they acknowledge the following security precautions.
You will go through a security check which includes a metal detector.
No bags larger than a basic purse. No gifts or cards for the hosts or guests. Signs are welcome. However they should not have Web site addresses posted on them and they should not endorse any kind of business or product. Clothing should not endorse any kind of business or product. There is no age limit for Good Morning America guests. All guests must bring a valid photograph identification card (driver's license, school ID, etc). Feel free to bring a camera and remember to wear comfortable shoes or sneakers. The audience stands. However there is seating for disabled guests. Look your best ... you are going to be on television! There is no studio audience on Saturday and Sunday.
For groups or parties larger than 15 people, contact the audience coordinator at 212 930 -7855 or send an email to gma_audience@abctv.com.
If you have additional questions you can reach the coordinator directly or between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday through Friday at 212-930-7855.
We receive many calls, so if you get our voice mail please speak slowly and clearly and leave only your name, phone number and the reason for your call.
Special Note for September/January/February Guests We cannot guarantee admission but if you are a guest in September /January / February you will almost always receive admission into the studio.
Summer Concert Series: Special Note for Late May, June, July, August Guests Every Friday during these months we have the Summer Concert Series. The show production is moved to another location in New York City. Most of the concerts are open to the public and you do not need a confirmation/tickets to attend. You will need to arrive at 6:00 a.m. and the concert ends at 9:00 a.m. Please check our Web site for information about our 2010 Summer Concert Series.
We are always looking for large groups to attend our summer concert series. If you belong to an organization or group that would like to attend one of our concerts please send an email to the audience coordinator at gma_audience@abctv.com. Please write summer concert group in the subject line.
Special Note for Standbys If you do not receive a response to your confirmation request we encourage you to try standby. Simply arrive at 44th and Broadway any Monday – Friday at 6:45 a.m. and stand on the audience guest line.
If there is space we always try to accommodate more guests!

Yeah Violet! Looking forward to it Chica. Hey those of you spending the night in NYC what do we think about getting up early and going down to time square wedsday morning with our CD's and holding them up on that show thats filmed there. Is it the today show or good morning america? They probably wouldn't let us anyway, but wouldn't that be cool advertisment? Maybe we could wear a shirt or something? Both the Today show and Good Morning America are filmed there. Last time we were in NY we got on camera at both shows and saw a concert with Kenny Chesney in the 2nd row at GMA where we just happened to be walking by after the Today show. At the Today show they film from 7 - 9 outside. Don't watch GMA so not sure how they do it. Correction: It was the Early Show that we got on and saw Kenny Chesney and the Today hosts go outside between 7:30- 8am and 10am The 2 shows are filmed close to each other so we could hit both but I'm not sure if the Early show hosts always go outside.

Whats this about Lucilles Bar and Grille? is there some kind of pre-show meet-up happening? I don't know anything about a meet-up, Justy, but Lucilles Bar and Grille is attached to BB Kings. I believe that the only one at your booth that I have met is Gloria, and that was very brief. Yay, more new people!! I'm at that table that Just1 was talking about and I do believe I met you at the House of Blues in Orlando Gramma. Right?

Hi, I have a court hearing in L.A. until the afternoon of the 8th, so I'll be getting in really late the night before and staying near the venue in Times Square. The good news is I have so many frequent flier miles on Jet Blue, my non-stop, extra large seat from L.A. to JFK cost a whopping $2.50. I'd be interested in seeing what everyone will be doing during the afternoon of the show. Count me out for "Good Morning America." Even under the best of circumstances, I'm not up that early. I have a feeling the weekend is going to look like this: Edited to add: Hey, it's my 100th post. I feel like I've arrived.

Violet the only thing I've heard for a meet up is a possible gathering at the Hard Rock Cafe, but we aren't trying to get a big table, if you remember Dallas we are all affraid. Haha (very very affraid) I hope the ajoining bar stays open after the show so we can all have some drinks after. That would be fun!

I'm planning to eat, go to either MOMA or the Guggenheim, eat, drink, maybe catch a play, eat, drink, be merry, shop, etc.... Flying by the seat of my PANTZ!!!!!!!!.

If Lucille's is closed, our hotel is only a couple of blocks from the venue so everyone's invited (including Jason, of course:)
