All of these are from LA Times. May 7 2008 latimesblogs.latimes.com/showtracker/2008/05/american-idol-5.htmlMay 8 2008 LA Times article. (below is my favorite part) latimesblogs.latimes.com/showtracker/2008/05/american-idol-7.htmlAnd so we bid farewell to Jason Castro, "American Idol’s" first hippy finalist. With his piercing eyes, goofy remarks, perpetual smile and unmistakable sweet nature, he was a contestant who was impossible not to like. While his musical background was more limited than many of the others, he nonetheless had some star-making musical moments and was the sort of genuine find for whom this season will be remembered. Judging from the avalanche of e-mail I have received from his Dreadhead fan club in the past few weeks, Castro has the most ardent of fan bases which will without a doubt stay with him as he moves into his post-"Idol" career. Whether through his music or his personality, Castro always brought a bit of fun to the "Idol" stage, was never just filler, and for that we wish him well and treasure the time we’ve shared in the Idoldome. - Richard Rushfield May 8 2008 latimesblogs.latimes.com/showtracker/2008/05/american-idol-8.htmlMay 8 2008 (who could forget this one? love the last line) latimesblogs.latimes.com/showtracker/2008/05/american-idol-6.htmlCome on, Final Three. Bring back the fun. Keep that bit of Jason Castro’s spirit with you.

Hi Everyone. Thanks for all the posts. My eyes are a little bleary, and I'm wondering if I have made any mistakes.
Please let me know if I have doubled any up, or the url doesn't work. I haven't checked all of them for errors or content.
Again, if anything doesn't seem right, just please let me know and I will fix it. #computer#

I found one today. Jason's reported did or did not do "don't vote" was used in an American commercial to get Americans out to vote. Very cute. Also, a good example of how Jason is being talked about outside of entertainment circles. :supreme court judgement, football, etc. Jason being used to get Americans to vote. www.youtube.com/watch?v=62WDhSIJQHI

Flying, the Rockerrazzi video has been improved. Date of video was most likely November 1 or 2. It could have been October 31st, but I doubt it. www.youtube.com/watch?v=W-bIZC00BToI'll dig up more links for you when things slow down a bit.

Hi Elgemom....I will watch it and then replace the one I have up. I know what you mean about everything "slowing down" So on the roll is Jason, most of us can't catch their breath. Thanks for your contributions. I know there is so much more out there.....keep them coming in.....especially as they are happening it will be easier to remember. But definitely looking for the old stuff.

Hi Sher. You are welcome. Maybe as things are unveiling and the news happens, you will remember to come here and post it. That would be wonderful. Everyone's input is needed to make this work. I do have one to add today though, thanks to Rereader. The Master Class Lady wrote this review on her page. She was all praises. masterclasslady.com/2008/11/06/jason-castros-new-song-sweet-medicine/

From Entertainment Weekly's PopWatch Blog:
"I know I was tough on Kristy Lee throughout Idol's seventh season, but for the love of Paula's wayward weaves, how is it that 19 Entertainment signed her to a deal, while leaving superior talents like Jason Castro, Carly Smithson, Michael Johns, and Brooke White with a big collective plate of nothing?" #thsmiley_peace#
