*sigh* I'm seriously debating the option of not going to my concert in Orlando on Saturday to see Jason instead.. it's a hard decision though.. I can hear Jason do 6-7 songs and be possibly rushed where I only get 30 seconds w/ him again.. or I can see an entire 3 band full concert.. I really do want to see Jason though and I know if the Christmas thing is still on it will be harder to talk to him. At the last show I went to at that HOB the artists went to the back and signed autographs for fans at the merch table. but you couldn't have cameras, so no pics.. tough decision.. I may just let my husband make it for me. lol

Somedaydream, I tried to take a vacation day so I could go, but I had forgotten my assistant manager had asked for that day off a while back and I can't do that to him. He's awesome and that would make me seem selfish. Especially since I just saw Jason twice in September. Y'all have a blast!

Hopefully next time he is fairly close, we can go together. My daughter found out that she doesn't have to work that day, so she will be going with me. And thanks again for everything last week. I had a blast!!

I'm not sure yet. The GA street team leader ymbcastrofan is organizing details now. She needs fans there to help pass out flyers in the mall the day of the performance, in addition to working beforehand to get posters out over town. I"ll let you know when we get more details. Hi, all. Just wanted to jump in here and provide some clarification on this mission so that there is no confusion on the day of this show. For those of you who don't know me, I'm the regional leader for the southeast of Jason's street team. Our state leaders in Georgia and Florida were asked to send out emails to their teamers soliciting assistance for the tour stops in Atlanta, Miami, Orlando, and Tampa. Those who responded to that email have been given specific instructions in regard to signing up for this mission. Those who followed these instructions will be receiving, if they haven't already, promotional materials to hand out on the day the show and those volunteers have been included on our volunteer list. If you did not respond to Yolanda's email and follow the instructions that she provided for this mission, you are not signed up to street team this event. Please keep in mind that all street teamers must be: a) Registered with Jason's street team: www.jcsthq.com/b) Registered with Street Propaganda: www.streetpropaganda.netAt this time, I believe we have Atlanta pretty well covered. If you are interested in helping out with street teaming future events in your area or surrounding area, please take this opportunity to register now. Those of you who travel to shows in other states should also keep in mind that your North Carolina state leader, for example, does not coordinate street teaming events in Georgia. That said, if you intend to street team an event in another state, you should contact the appropriate state leader well in advance of the show to express your interest so that you will be included in street teaming plans for that event. A complete list of regional and state leaders and their contact info can be found at the Castro Cafe in the street team section of the forum. If you are not signed up for this mission but are interested in helping out on the day of the show, please locate ymbcastrofan or me when you arrive. I can't guarantee that we'll have anything for you to do, but if we can use your help, we'll let you know. Please let me know if you have any questions. My email address with the street team is jasoncastrostreetteame3@yahoo.com, but I'd like to encourage all of you to post your questions in the street team boards at the Castro Cafe so that others may benefit from the information. The street team boards are monitored by both the state and regional leaders. Thanks for your interest!

I apologize, I usually just lurk. I am attending the show and look forward to meeting some of you.
I will not be street teaming because of the attitude I witness here and the official sight. I have been a quiet fan of Jason's for over a year and am glad to see that my help is not needed. He really must have an amazing following if his 'people' can pick and choose? I may be making a mountain here but it reeks of arrogance and superiority.
I will return to lurking and hope to meet some true fans in Atlanta.

Wow, I sincerely apologize if that's how the post was received, because it certainly isn't how it was intended. I was simply trying to provide some direction to ensure things proceed along as smoothly as possible on the day of the show. I'm only being honest when I say that we have adequate coverage for this particular tour stop. (Orlando and Tampa, however, could use a little more provided it isn't too late to order materials for the event.) On the other hand, there are many unknowns at this time, so this may change as we get closer to the date of the show. This is why I suggested checking in with Yolanda or myself when you arrive. Additionally, I will keep you posted if I find that we will need more coverage than what we currently have slated for this tour stop. Anything can happen between now and then, so this is a possibility. Another concern is that there may not be time to order additional promotional materials for the show for those who haven't already signed up. I probably should have made this more clear in my last post, so I apologize for that. I hope that you, Roy, and any other interested parties might still be willing to help if we find additional assistance is needed for this and any other future shows.

According to JCM, Jason doesn't have another show until Oct 27 - hope that means he won't be rushed after the Discover Mills show - enough time for pics and autographs.

Hi Redbulll, welcome to TDH! Please come back and post again! We can use some male perspectives on this board! (Just avoid threads like The Narnia Closet.......unless you're into drooling right along with us...in which case definitely come and visit us in the Narnia Closet....... )

Good news! We've been brainstorming this weekend, and I think we've come up with a few ideas that could use some additional assistance beyond the initial signups.
If you missed the signups the first time around and are interested in helping team this show, please email ymbcastrofan no later than noon Wednesday. I think this will give us ample time to organize our plans and get back to you with details.
ymbcastrofan: jcst_GA@yahoo.com
Thanks!

Hey Girls, have any of you thought about what time to be at the mall? I am leaving work early - about a 2.5 hr drive, but not sure what time everyone will be showing up. I would hate to get there at 5 and not have a great spot. Anyone have any idea? somedaydream - so you don't think you will be at the mall until 5:00? I don't live in Atlanta but have visited enough to know the traffic will probably be terrible. If you haven't yet, you may want to swap cell numbers with someone just in case. I haven't heard yet if we have a meeting place but the stage area is a safe bet. I think it's in the food court. Looking forward to seeing everyone Friday.

And I'm now thinking about getting there closer to 3:30 or so. I'll message you and give you my cell. I'm coming from Greenville, SC so I think I will exit off I-85 before I get into all the downtown Atlanta traffic. Going to message you now!! Thanks.

Hey everyone going to see Jason, I want to invite you afterward to come to Fused Bar in Roswell to hear Yoeshi Roberts perform at 9pm. His music is John Mayer, Coldplay, Jason Mraz inspired and he's celebrating his 23rd birthday on Friday. I'll bring a google map route from Discover Mills to the bar for anyone who's interested. I told his mother I'd invite Jason too if I get the chance, haha!

Hello! Hello! Finally got a chance to get on here from my laptop (the baby's in her swing sleeping away...finally! lol) For some reason the tdh site (via mobile) keeps logging me out if i try to post more than a few words ..ugh! So anyway, I've run through the posts here so far and haven't seen any reference to a particular place to gather other than the area where the stage is set up. If any plan comes up other than that, please text or email me and let me know.
I am getting so excited!!! and not only to see/hear Jason, but to meet up with all my JSB friends again! *hugs*

Hopefully she or someone else can come up with a suggestion.

Hi, y'all. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with this mall as I live on the other side of town, and it is about an hour from me (that's if I go before rush hour!) I talked to Yolanda tonight, and she's been to the mall to meet with the manager about the arrangements for the concert. He was supposed to get back in touch with her. She's gonna try to catch up with him again tomorrow. So for now there is no official meeting place. I'll try to talk to Yolanda tomorrow and see if there is a meeting place arranged. If not, maybe we can check out the mall map and decide on a meeting place. Anyone interested in meeting around 1:30 - 2:00 or so for lunch?
