Thanks Bennie, I came home early, stopped at the store and bought everything to make my chi-tea with cloves and ginger root, & cayenne shrimp, garlic spicach salad, also got echinacea and a case of water - and will take a real long nap
gonna be just like this...

Rosequeen, it sound likeyou know how to take good care of yourself, but PLEASE get plenty of sleep too! the immune system really takes a beating when you don't get the rest you need. When you go to see Jason, if you aren't 100% yet, I'm sure his sweet Medicine will bring you around!  |

I'm working on getting my hug from you Kitty! Double doze of Emerge C + all the above and 9 hours of sleep + a nap, so far this morning I am feeling pretty good. Cross your fingers! All the popping can't fail! Tahnks guys.

I make a hot mexican red chili, kinda like chili colorado, that will make you blow your nose after eating it, and then will flush whatever is left out the other end! Now thats not why I make it, but it does the trick!

I can't preach it enough ya'll AIRBORNE is wonderful! I'm GLAD to hear this, Kali, because I just started taking AIRBORNE today and will keep taking it 3Xday until I leave Saturday. Everyone around me has been getting sick and I'm trying to stay healthy for my trip and I have several friends who swear by this stuff! (I'm also being good about taking my vitamins, too... :  |

Burrrrrr...I'm trying to figure out what to pack!!! Today in Portland it's suppose to be 43 degree's and rainy and it will be the same Saturday morning when I leave for Ontario, which will be 70 degree's and mostly sunny. It will be 77degree's on Monday when Winnie and I drive back to Stockton, which will be 70 degrees and then when we get to Reno it will be 61 degrees Tues, 51 on Wed, 31 on Thurs and mostly cloudy all week and then the day I'm scheduled to fly back to Portland it's suppose to be 33 and forecast is for snow! However, back in Portland when I land it will be a warmer 42 with showers (showers are considered lighter than the forecast of rain..We have many names for the degrees of rain in Oregon, including drizzle, mist, sprinkles and down pour!) So I'm thinking I need to pack more for cool to cold and a tad for sunny perfect 70's weather, but cooler evening's....okay |

I don't even know what that is like anymore.
We don't hardly have seasons where I live, and Ontario will not be far off from what I have where I live.
I wear the same clothes year round, and if I go to cooler weather, I just switch from capris to jeans and add socks & a sweater.
I think it would be harder to go from cooler weather to warmer weather.
I think if you bring a sweater you can put on if it gets chilly in the evening, or in the restaurant, rather than pull on sweaters that you are stuck with and can't get off.
Down here, I will seriously be wearing capris in the day, & jeans after sundown, and just carry a sweater, or my poncho.
