Rico is an amazing person! Jason was nice and sweet as could be. So sweet of Sherry to let me hone in on hers & Rico's back office pass. Got several shout videos that I will post when I get home.
Yes, Jason's last show will be in Austin. Bummer! But, something he will be doing something great on National TV, per Dave.
Beckyvee, you & Rico can now compare notes on my horrible driving.
Anyone up for a road trip to Austin?

Great job Violet! I'm listening to Caitlin now, I've fallen in love with her as a performer. Think it's great when an artist has a passion such as she does with her website. loveyourflawz.com to be so young and already so determined to make a difference. I just love that!

I took ZERO pictures, so I hope Darlene posts some. Rico is the sweetest gal, and we got to hang with Terry too. (Come out from lurking Terry) We had backstage passes so we got to back to this teeny, teeny room and talk with Jason and David a bit. I hope everyone saw the picture of the ukele that Jason autographed for Rico - he took a lot of time and interest in doing it. We brought him fresh bread and nutella and he ripped right into it - offering us some, but we all declined. He is so gracious when receiving gifts and always makes nice, appreciative comments. He happily agreed to say hi for the livefeed before his set. He is very accommodating! I had a list of questions for him - one was what things do fans do that he wished they didn't. He kept saying nothing, nothing so I asked if yelling out "I love you Jason" bothered him. He said "no, I LOVE that!" Everything I could think of I asked him and he kept saying he "loved" that - like yelling names of songs for him to sing, singing along, asking for autographs when he's in public, etc. Finally, he came up with something. He laughed and patted his stomach and said "too many sweets - I'm gaining weight!"The show was great (as you heard from the livefeed) Jason was upbeat and happy, as usual. He stood for the longest time signing autographs and talking with people. All through Matt's set actually, but that was in a different room from the show. Mandy was there and talked with a lot of people. I don't have anything new to add really. He was his sweet, wonderful, appreciative, modest self!
