Here are my puny pictures. I dropped my big camera in a mud puddle and it was not happy about it. Have to take it to the camera hospital. These were from the little camera and since I sat in the back, I didn't get any decent pics of Jason, sorry. The following two were taken through a window at Bills: ok, you dirty minded ladies, just let your mind wonder where Jason's hand is/was/is going posted this up in the Houston concert thread, but Jason was asked how much time did he spend NOT thinking of his fans In response, my table at Spaghetti Warehouse (only one bloodied napkin found, but 2 entries, 1 appetizer never served) was asked how much time they spent NOT thinking about Jason (BeckyVee & Rosequeen obviously think of Jason ALL the time - lol) crowd shot:

Hi, lots of great photos and videos here. Thanks. Sherry, I just wanted t clarify one thing from the infamous Spaghetti Warehouse incident. We didn't leave without paying. I spoke to the manager, who [corretly] stated that the incident was inexcusable, and that the restaurant would not charge for our meals. If they hadn't done that, we would probably not have eaten. The restaurant was at fault. Because the waitress wasn't at fault, we tipped her more than she would have gotten had we paid for the meals, though it was kind of gross that she wiped her profuse sweat off with her shirt, and then handled our plates. . Cheesy: I would guess in SD, Michael will probably play about 5 songs, then Camera Can't Lie will probably play an entire set. See you there tomorrow.

And rightfully so! I'm sorry you thought I was referring to your table, because I wasn't. I was one of the last people trying to pay and leave and there were more tickets left than people left waiting to pay. Another waitress told me that our waitress would have to pay the bill if they weren't paid. I didn't want her stuck with the bills - even though it was horrid service. She could have done a LOT better job. (I'm glad I didn't know about the wiping the sweat incident or I wouldn't have eaten!) I did order a glass of wine that never came. It's too bad it turned out the way it did - there was no excuse for the service being that bad, in addition to all the other problems. But I think it's usually a good place to eat and we just got some bad luck! They should have been more prepared to handle our group, since they knew we were coming. Like I told RQ when she booked us the worst room in San Francisco "we made a memory!" We laugh about it now but it wasn't so funny when we tried to sleep in the stinky room.

Whew! I thought you thought we were skipping out on our bill. What a crazy meal, but we'll never forget it. We'll sure have stories to tell.

Says he wanted it on the CD but they felt it didn't fit, says it's recorded. I'm hoping they will release it on his next EP and kick off a tour in the fall starting back east. They should call it... Changing Colors tour! haha more here: viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewPicture&friendID=15194981&albumId=2745315ok as porky pig would say,,,, that's all folks. going to bed now and hoping my throat isn't hurting anymore when I wake up.

crowd shot: Yep Darlene...that is from the very back...and it's inspired me to share my observations from that vantage [disadvantage] point For those of you going to one of Jason's concerts....here are some pointers. Do not stand in the very back. Do not stand in the very back behind the pole seen to the left in this picture...or any pole in a room that could block your view of Jason. Do not stand in the very back, behind a pole, and in the path of every person who isn't standing attentively/mesmerized by Jason's singing. Yep...that was my experience. And while Jason sounded good..there just too many other distractions. Oh yeah...do not stand in the very back....behind a pole....in the pathway of those who can't stand still...and next to the kitchen when Jason is singing Hallelujah without a microphone. While those in the front were spell bound...those of us in the back got to hear all the clanging and banging of the kitchen workers which totally took away from the awesomeness of that moment. Biggest advice if you want the most out of the concert....go early...stand as close as you can...take a buddy so if you need to leave for any reason your buddy will keep your spot. Or make friends with those around you so if you should have to leave for a moment they will save your spot.

I wondered what song had him belting the drop jaw note? I'm thinking he does that sometimes at the end of Let's just fall in love again ......I wonder if he ever saw a picture of himself doing that, haha

I just watched all the videos...didn't mean to re-watch allll of them, but couldn't stop! Great...all of them, but doesn't quench my desire to see him in person!! He has relaxed soooo much into a performer. He's just fluid now, not stiff ever!!

We got back on Monday night after our 14 hour drive from Dallas and my nephew and his family arrived a couple of hours later for a visit so this is the first time I've been on here since we got back.
Here's my recap:
We arrived Friday night and walked over to the Loft and Bill's Records. Talked to Bill for awhile and heard about his relationship with both Jason and Casey James.
On Saturday, we went to Bill's Records and ran into Jason kind of sneaking around the aisles. I went up and talked to him but in retrospect I think he was trying to psych himself up for going on stage so I feel guilty that I wasn't more considerate.
After he performed there we lined up for autographs and I asked him if he remembered my husband and I from Atlanta and he said "Of course!" I then told him that we had driven 14 hours to be there for him and he was extremely appreciative. My husband told him he was a drummer/percussionist and Jason talked about how he missed drumming but had never really tried percussion except for shakers. I suggested that if he needs a percussionist to fill out his sound he should call my husband and he laughed and said, "sure, I might do that"
We met Casey James mother there and talked to her about how much we love Casey. I told her how we had driven 14 hours to support Jason and she hugged me and said we're the type of fans she wants for her son. We told her how Jason fans are the most loyal fans, etc.
Later when we were on our way to the Spaghetti Warehouse, I asked my husband if he was sure he was ok with probably being the only male and he said he was ok with that but would prefer to get Texas BBQ. I suggested we check out the restaurant downstairs at the Loft. When we got there, all the Castros were upstairs doing soundcheck. I went up there to check it out and said hello to Rene, Jackie and Michael. Jason and the band were in deep discussion and everyone was busy so I slipped back downstairs. They were there for almost 2 hours and we could hear them the whole time. Michael came downstairs after about an hour in his t-shirt and cutoffs and went out the door then a few minutes later came back in the tuxedo clothes he wore onstage. He ran upstairs for a minute then left again for good. (Not sure why he said he hadn't done soundcheck because we heard him doing it)
Around 6pm people started coming in and gathering by the stairs. We mentioned to the security that we had been there for almost 2 hours and were told not to worry that we would be the first in. However, he walked away and another guard started telling people to line up in the next room whiich meant we were in the back of the line. I protested that it wasn't a fair system and a couple of young women in the front of the line heard me and made room so that we would be right in front of the stage. I thanked them profusely!!
As you can see from the videos, the concert was amazing and I was so happy that my husband finally got to experience Jason at peak performance both acoustic and with his band. He had seen him in Atlanta but Jason had the stomach flu that time.
After the concert we bought some CDs for friends and were getting them signed and Jason again thanked me for making the long drive. I asked if he would pose for another pic with us and he said "Absolutely!" Betsy was also very appreciative and told my husband how grateful she was when I mentioned he did all the driving. She also said she might be coming to the Atlanta show.
It was great seeing everyone again and putting some new faces with screen names. Sorry the Spaghetti Warehouse thing turned into such a fiasco, though the recap was hilarious.
